A local favorite, Thunder Valley Equestrian Pathway is a must-visit during your stay. This 8.8-mile loop takes riders through beautiful oak woodlands. With plans to extend the trail to Marquette County Fairgrounds, visitors will soon be able to take advantage of the path to explore more of what Marquette has to offer.
Iron Ore Heritage Trail
Take a piece of Marquette’s Iron Ore history home with you, horseback riding along the Iron Ore Heritage Trail. The Iron Ore Heritage Trail includes 24.5 miles of terrain with views of historic mining areas, and wetlands, passing through three towns.
